Legal Aid Day is an event that is held to raise awareness about the importance of legal aid and to provide free legal services to those who need it most. The event is organized by Persatuan Alumni India Universiti Malaya (PANI UM).

Venue : Jabatan Pengajian India (Fakulti Sastera), Universiti Malaya.

On Legal Aid Day, PANI UM will provide variety of free legal advice from our expert team. Areas that will be covered are:

• Employment Law
• Family Law
• Property Law
• Bankruptcy Law
• Corporate Law
• Criminal Law

Why is Legal Aid Important?

Legal aid is important because it helps to ensure that everyone has access to justice, regardless of their income. This can have a devastating impact on people’s lives, as they may be  denied access to housing, healthcare, and other essential services.

Registration is required to ensure that we can provide the best possible service to everyone who attends.
